Another rainy afternoon with thunder and lightning,
so I decided to take my work from the studio
into the house and draw on the couch with Polly.
Starting a rough sketch for a house portrait commission.
It's hard not to fall asleep!

Morning Nan, it's that kind of day here. The sky is dark and the patter of rain is so relaxing. I would have loved to stay in bed and then had a late breakfast in front of the window.

I do like rainy days as a way to make me want to be inside working...but they also make me sleepy!
