Snowy Day and Feeding the Wildlife

We are in the midst of a 2 day snow storm.
We are feeding the birds and whoever is hungry in our yard.

To our surprise this little critter appeared.
I first I spotted him in the bird feeder several days ago
when it was actually sunny outside.
From a distance I was wondering
what kind of bird that was, thought maybe a tufted titmouse.

Upon closer inspection I realized it was a mouse.

When a gray squirrel startled it, the mouse jumped down
swiftly ran over tall snow banks and under the porch.

Here is Mr. or Mrs. Mouse this afternoon
in our snowstorm.

Quite an acrobat to climb up to the feeder. They come around under our feeders but I've never seen one climb up there. Beware, he will be entertaining your kitties in your basement soon:)

Hi Roses and Lilacs,
Haven't seen the little mouse today. Wonder where he can be hiding out.

I love that little mouse. So cute. Looks like you've got a lot of snow.
