After I shoveled my way over to see Ellie May
with her breakfast, she dashed out onto the
porch to check it out for a few minutes before
retreating back inside the studio to the warmth
and a cozy nap.

It's funny how cats sometimes test their limits...but glad that she was smart and came back in off the porch before getting too cold!

She seems to just like a taste of the outdoors, (as far as the porch) feel the fresh air and see if anything is moving in the yard...she's nearly 17 and seems to know it's best to just stay out for a very short time and when it's really cold I don't let her out at all. She is such a dear!
