Saw a crow chasing a large bird this morning
and it landed in a tree.
I believe it's a red tail hawk but I didn't know
they could be so big.

Nan and =^..^= said...: Judy, I'm always on the lookout for birds and critters etc...though my parents house is in the suburbs, there is a little bit of activity.
They have 5 birdhouses inhabited by sparrows hanging under the overhang in the front. I had just happened to glance through the upstairs window this morning when I noticed the hawk, so I grabbed my camera and flew down the stairs and out into the driveway and just managed to take a few photos before it flew away.; April 14, 2009 at 9:41 PM
