This is my cat niece, Tiger...it warmed my heart to see her tonight when we had dinner at her house. We sat together and communicated and she touched my nose with her nose! She's such a sweet gentle kitty.
Oh, she is the most beautiful puss! What a stunning looking pk! I love your photo's, Nan, and Quiltcats - I find it hard to photograph mine, as by the time I've set up the shot and pressed the shutter, the cat has looked away! I find black cats extremely difficult, as I normally get just a black blob! Bet you're so looking forward to getting home, Best Wishes, Liz
quiltcat, Liz and Marnie, I thank you all for posting...much appreciated and my sister is over and I just showed her all the lovely compliments that Tiger received!
I'm an artist/illustrator specializing in ink and watercolors and photography. My little studio in Maine is nestled in our garden by a babbling brook. Everyday I draw inspiration from the pets who have touched my life, our garden, birds and wildlife critters, quaint old houses, children, shells, scenes of the seaside and more.
Hope to share my art and observations with you and don't forget to take a moment to notice the precious little things around you.

Aw what an adorable calico kitty Tiger is! Does she like to have that beautiful tummy scritched, or is she just teasing you?
